Summary: We are seeking an experienced Manager to join our Business Development Department. The ideal candidate should have 7 to 10 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth and achieving sales targets. The Manager will be responsible for leading a team of business development professionals and implementing strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue. Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets. 2. Lead and manage a team of business development professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their success. 3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and acquisitions. 4. Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. 5. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and finance, to develop and implement effective business plans. 7. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize business development activities. 8. Prepare and present reports on business development activities, progress, and results to senior management. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred. 2. Proven experience as a Manager in a business development role, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. 3. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders. 5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and make data-driven decisions. 6. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking. 7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 8. Ability to travel as required.
