Job Summary

Upaya Yoga School is looking for a professional receptionist and office administrator.

The ideal candidate is a professional with strong organizational and communication skills, a proactive, accurate and quick learner.

The role will include delivering excellent customer service to the School guests along with a range of administrative tasks in support of the Manager duties.

You will report to the Manager and Directors.

Main responsibilities:

Welcome and greet visitors to the School in a professional and courteous way

Perform the check-in and check out of the Schools guests, ensuring the visitors book and personal identity is checked on time.

Completion and submission of C-form timely

Handle bills, accounts, inventory by maintaining accurate files and records.

Answer the telephone and respond to inquiries at reception, redirecting calls to relevant staff and recording messages accordingly.

Manage and process the posts ensuring accurate records are maintained. Be responsible for receiving and sending posts also on behalf of the guests when needed.

Be the referee for the housekeeping team for any daily need

Respond to any emergency situations as requested by the School

Maintain the general tidiness of the reception area and office supplies, ordering new when running low.

Experience and skills:

Highly self-motivated

Attention to detail

Team player

Previous 2year experience within an office-based role

Previous 1year receptionist experience

Previous telephone experience

Personable with excellent communication and customer service skills

Professional telephone manner

Knowledge of general administration

Neat and well presented

Excellent written and spoken English

Qualifications:

Degree/ Diploma in Accounting (compulsory)

IT literacy - competent with the use of Microsoft Office (compulsory)

English certification (optional)

Salary and Benefit:

130000/ 150000 Rupees Yearly

Provident Fund (PF)/ Paid leaves

Full-time Monday - Saturday

9:00am 5:00pm (45 minutes lunch break)

Free lunch and onsite parking
