Job Summary Looking for a Law graduate with 2-5 PQE for the role of Assistant Manager at upGrad.
Mandatory skills: Contract review, drafting, redlining, amending and negotiation.
Industry Experience - 2-5 years PQE in relevant industry; preferably from media & entertainment, FMCG and e-commerce

Duties and Responsibilities -
(i) Draft, review, redline, amend and negotiate various commercial agreements such as, but not limited to, Master Services agreement, Program agreement, Marketing activities related agreements, NDA etc. Maintaining TAT with efficiency.
(ii) Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal and external teams and stakeholders for negotiations and closure of contracts.
(iii) Management and administration of contracts throughout their lifecycle, from template to execution.
(iv) Maintaining flexibility and opennessto take on additional projects as necessary.
(v) Remain updated with latest changes / amendments in relevant laws, rules, regulations as applicable in the online higher education sector.
