You have an opportunity to lead and run such initiatives as a Program Manager in the Outcomes Team.

Role Summary

You have an opportunity to lead and run such programs as a Program Manager in the Content Team. As a Program Manager, you will lead the team creating content of these programs.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and Build SOPs and Processes for various initiatives to ensure outcomes for the learners
  • Own every process, understand the gap between the target and the output, undertake root cause analysis
  • Convert the gap into strategies and action by working with cross-functional teams and drive the changes required
  • Work with other Learning Experience team such as Content, Delivery, Student Success, Careers & Corporate Partnerships to drive over action plans

Skills Required

  • Education (Bachelors/Masters) from Tier-I engineering/MBA colleges
  • 2-5 years of total work experience in consultancy firms / product companies / fast growing startups / edtech companies etc.
  • Experience in process excellence, process improvement and RCA
  • Ability to translate gaps into execution plans and take them to completion
  • Ability to connect with people across teams & levels
  • (Optional, good to have)A high-level understanding of emerging technologies
