About the Role

Managing cohorts and ensuring a smooth and unique learning experiencefor learners by indulging in a lot of academic activities on a day to daybasis. To be successful as an Associate Delivery, you will need to be able towork on tight deadlines, be competent in using MicrosoftOfficeapplications such as Word and Excel, and have exceptional verbal, written,andpresentation skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

_x008f_ Manage day to day operations for a smooth academic delivery consistingof project
feedback, doubt resolution, live sessions, mentoring and vendor management.
_x008f_ Deliver projects and products within budget, timeline, and resourceconstraints.
_x008f_ Create and sustain a network of professional freelancers and industry expertsfor
grading, conducting live sessions, Mentorship, etc.
_x008f_ Maintain and monitor quality, project plans, project schedules, budgets and
expenditures.
_x008f_ Coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that allstakeholders are
on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.

_x008f_ Preparing status/weekly reports by gathering, analyzing andsummarizing relevant
information.
_x008f_ Work with Technology team to automate dashboards, analyze and interpret data.Apply
knowledge and experience along with the analytical approach to diagnose andresolve
issues in unique and complex customer environments.

Skills Required

_x008f_ Ability to deliver projects and products within budget, timeline,quality and resourceconstraints
_x008f_ Knowledge of MS Office Suite, MS Excel is a must
_x008f_ Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
_x008f_ Ability to work on multiple tasks independently
_x008f_ Strong customer-focus and problem-solving attitude

Qualification BE/B.Tech or graduation with relavant experience
