Job Summary
Description:
Qualification : R&D
Role holder is required to :
* To conduct Experiments for New product Development
* To conduct experiments for cost reduction, waste reduction and quality improvement
Required Skills:
* Synthesis and process development techniques
* Interpretation of analytical data
* Scale up and commercialization
* 2+ years of experience in Agrochemical/ Pharma industry post completion of Masters in Chemistry
He/ She will be responsible for :
1. Conducting day to day experiments as per Project Execution Plan
2. Process Optimization for cost effectiveness
3. Scale up of the Lab Process
4. Regular review of the results and take corrective actions
5. Timely reporting of results to the superiors
