Job title : Planner

Purpose : This position is accountable for

• To support the growth of UPL in Production Planning Role.
• Supply chain management for Unit-12

Principal RESPONSIBILITES:

• Delivering full quantity at the right time from the unit and 100% commitment adherence.
• Micro planning based for each product at day level based on production plans
• Tracking new order and giving commitment within timelines.
• Ensuring updation of the master data related to capacity, campaign, BOM in SAP
• Use APO reports for enriching analysis and provide key inputs to stakeholders
• Track NCM for the unit and coordinate for action plan execution.
• Giving visibility to sales on status of order execution. Ensuring RM/PM requirements.
• Giving container schedule to logistics.
• Optimizing man & machine utilization to achieve pre-set production targets.
• Productivity Improvement
• Vendor Management

Knowledge

Hands on experience of using SAP, preferably knowledge of APO
Should have handled complex manufacturing operations of large number of SKUs
Should be independently handling planning function of a business unit
Should have Excellent analytical, troubleshooting skills

Should have strong communication & interpersonal skills
Should be a team player
