Job Summary

Roles and responsibilities of this job Learning roadmap & strategy: Define & strategize the learning roadmap Setting up systems & processes: Setup systems and run the learning and associated ops Content Development: (a) Develop learning objectives & structure learning activities, (b) Develop content pieces & assessments Define & own content KPIs around learning effectiveness for the end user goals Experimentation & iteration: (a) Run experiments with users on each content piece, (b) Coordinate with alumni to understand effectiveness of the content & scope for further improvement, (c) Analyze trends in learning technologies Working with stakeholders: Regularly coordinating with all the relevant stakeholders from Product, Engineering, Program and Outcome teams Team Ethos We look for signals that a candidate will thrive in a team like ours, where we default to trust, utmost intellectual honesty, embrace constant feedback, disrupt ourselves, and expect high quality execution bias because we play as a championship team We expect every team member to acknowledge and internalize the seriousness of how we are impacting people's careers, not just today but for the next 10 years We seek people that have a deep desire & capacity to learn, grow & continually upskill themselves & their team members
