What will the person do on day to day basis: Lead both Outcome experience and the Outcome Ops team to ensure we do placements of students who qualify for it after completing the upskilling program Be on top of macro data to ensure we are performing efficiently and at par with our expectations Develop and implement a comprehensive placement strategy to ensure successful job placement for program graduates Design processes for career coaching and mentoring graduates to help them prepare for job interviews and navigate the job search process We d love to chat with you if you think you possess the skills in the description: Good problem-solving skills - ability to do RCA and come up with best solution Good people manager, should have experience managing team of 4+ Clarity of thought and good articulation skill Understands hiring space, has context of roles in startup - non tech Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
