Skills required: Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask Strong analytical skills Effective verbal and written communication skills Facilitation skills Advanced Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office skills Job Role and Responsibilities: Interact and articulate clearly with various stakeholders including different client roles; strong written and verbal communication skills are a must Be able to propose technical solution alternatives, different approaches to processes, and cost-benefit analysis in eLearning projects to help create winning proposals Bring continuous process improvement towards cost reduction, quality enhancement, and building new skill sets within the organization Responsibility to support pre-sales, proposals, solution designing, project management, and client management for the eLearning projects Experience in managing project processes and ensuring project delivery within the budgeted cost and defined schedule & quality Responsible for operational tasks like coordination, workflow management, resolving technical conflicts, scheduling, tasking, documentation, etc. Working knowledge of MS Project or other project management tools, and technical proficiency in all MS Office applications
