Job Summary

What you ll do: Design and implement talent management initiatives (learning and development solutions, succession planning,talent review & assessment, Onboarding, mentoring, executive coaching, engagement surveys etc) to increase organizational capability and resiliency in meeting business imperatives. Design and deliver an engaging New Joiner Induction programme via virtual and offline channels Design, develop and deliver leadership development curriculums by customizing the contents and methodology to meet the business needs including Critical Talent. Manage the Engagement surveys including survey launch, reporting and action planning initiatives Provide periodic analysis and reports on engagement scores, activities and impact planning updates. Support high impact actions to increase the development and retention of all leadership talent. Introduce and deliver innovative and best practice solutions to continuously drive performance driven culture. Work closely with HRBP s on UC wide talent management activities What You ll Need: Postgraduate degree with 1-3 years of relevant experience. Previous experience in BP roles and/or people initiatives is mandatory Strong ability to form relationships across the organization, navigate through it and influence leadership to drive agendas. Hands-on approach to work, someone who is willing to get their hands dirty Strong analytical and project management skills, proven ability to design clear processes, and a very detail-oriented yet flexible approach to problem solving Effective communication and critical thinking skills. Strong business insight with a keen aptitude to quickly assimilate new information. Demonstrate ability to establish trust, fairness and credibility with employees, managers and other partners.
