- Come up with the vision, technology roadmap and goals for the team
- Lead the team of upto 10 developers to a vision, be responsible for a solid architecture, performance, and quality
- Create clear career paths for team members and ensure their growth by mentoring them. Discuss performances regularly and share proactive feedback
- Attract and hire top engineering talent
- Translate product requirements and come up with different solutions
- Come up with extensible Low level and High level tech design
- Break down the project into tasks and provide accurate estimates
- Write modular, extensible, readable and performant code
- Champion best development practices followed in UC and drive adoption
- Build with platform first approach
