Job Summary

Build,lead and nurture a team within UC to deliver creative breakthrough content and user experience
Evolve a culture that enables world-class creative development
Lead the overall content strategy ensuring growth in new listings and ensuring the accuracy of existing listings across the geographies and clients.
Lead and deliver content for seasonality, feature launches, UX content and campaigns on the customer and partner app
Support The scouting of new ideas and story tellers
Work Closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure that the content is relayed trousers in the most engaging format
Assist and manage the content editor and creative team with inputs to shape the final content
Manage the process between our creative partners and Urban Company s internal teams to ensure on time delivery of high-quality content
Identify New formats and technologies that help take a leap in storytelling

7+ years of experience in content creation / curation in traditional or digital media
4+ years of directly managing members of creative teams, helping them bring concepts to life, iterating and refining them and shaping future leaders
Passion For content
Dedication To craft from idea to execution
A go getter attitude and strong project management skills
Demonstrated Experience managing creative processes through external ad agencies, internal teams and freelancers
Strong Attention to detail
Deep Understanding of content, UX, and how they support business and brand strategy
Demonstrated Success collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional/cross-geographical teams
Skilled at crafting both long-term content and real-time (immediate) content, along with deployment, governance strategies

Experience Required :

Minimum 7 Years
