Job Summary

Responsibilities

Design the report template using BIRT eclipse, and tableau dashboard.
Coordinate with the team on client engagement activity Deployment of Product, Training, and Support.
Create a detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured plan for Customer Engagement.
Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate with teams internally and externally.
Identify the root cause of the issue, document thoroughly, and be responsive to the issues.
Identify and implement opportunities to improve the customer success process.
Keen interest in working with customers.
Available for shift schedules on a need basis.


Technical Skills/Requirements

Comfortable with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
Comfortable with eclipse BIRT report designing tool
Ability to understand the complex system(s).
Strong analytical skills.
Basic Knowledge of Javascript.
Knowledge in writing SQL queries is a plus.
Experience in Agile or Scrum software development methodologies is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
