Job Summary

1. Recruitment & Training of non-banded employee in the Branch as per procedure.

2. Maintaining monthly MIS of Staffing / vacancy in the Branch.

3. Identify employee for promotion in consultation with Branch Head / MD.

4. Ensure compliance of HR policy in the branch.

5. Ensure generation of e-mail ID and registration number of new employee.

6. Ensure de-activation of e-mail ID, recovery of companys documents/property beforerelease from UFS.

7. Ensure settlement of F&F within 15 days from being relieved.

8. Ensure timely salary preparation of new employee for the first month.

9. Address HR issue of all employees in the region.

10. Facilitate performance management process and compensation review process for theemployees of the region.

11. Maintain all documents related to recruit / transfer / posting within the region of non-billingemployees & executives (ASO & above rank) in billing position.

12. Leave administration of all non-billing employees in the region.

13. Maintaining all the relevance documents for PSARA.

14. Create the UAN no., ESIC IP address, PVC & medical verification of the all new employee.

15. Recruiting all billing & non billing employees as per recruitment norms. (Target Min 25 permonth).

16. Compliance of direct recruitment procedures of billing employee.

17. Ensuring that attendance of branch staff.
