Job Summary

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Create and implement programs at work that connect employees with business goals.
  • Be a part of Think-Tank in Organization Development along with management, Head HR and other leadership (Functional Directors & National Managers) and to identify and evaluate business initiatives to ascertain appropriate programs that meet company goals.
  • Create, implement & co-ordinate effective strategic planning methods in the domain of COACHING & MENTORING.
  • Create competency models and map until Branch Incharge (BICs) level.
  • Develop team-building exercises, workshops and internal as well as external training models based on the individual needs and competency mapping , along with Head HR.
  • Help employees create project timelines and deadlines.
  • Talk with management to identify specific work situations requiring employees to better understand changes in policies, procedures, regulations, and technologies.
  • Recommend training and development systems, prepare calendars and execute along with HR.
  • Participate in Training as a Trainer.
  • Be a part of think tank for Organisation Developement.
Experience Required :

Minimum 5 Years
