At least 5+ years of experience on Selenium Automation tool mainly on Selenium Web Driver an ready to work in Manual Testing projects.

Should be able to work actively on a project hands on, besides providing guidance to the team. Client facing, gathering requirements, ability to attend technical discussions with the End User/Product.

Guide and monitor the analysis, design, implementation and execution of the test cases, test procedures and test suites. Maintain and review Test results/reports, Issue tracking, and prepare the Performance baselines along Quality Metrics.

Assign tasks to Testing Team members and track and report on the project.

Excellent understanding of Page Object Automation Pattern and Page Factory.

Good experience in designing automation frameworks (Hybrid/Keyword Driven).

Excellent knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming concepts and Java Programming.

Ability to perform development of test automation by designing and writing automated test scripts based on defined test cases, including the definition of test data for consumption by scripts during test execution.

Analyze test logs, report test results/metrics and prepare dashboards.

Identify and troubleshoot problems related to scripts, framework components, compatible browsers, environment/connectivity, application changes, etc., and repair issues.

Excellent problem-solving skills.

Must be a self-starter, self-motivated and detail oriented.

Good experience in working with technologies such as Extended, SQL, HTML, ASP, GWT.

Automation experience in JUnit, Web Services and API Testing.

Familiarity with version control tools GIT, SVN.

Organize the status meetings and send the Status Report (Daily, Weekly etc.) to the stakeholders.

Ensure the timely delivery of different testing milestones planned for a release cycle.
