Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as an Assistant for Order Fulfillment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the receipt, processing, and shipment of goods to influencers as well as coordinating the return process. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a remote environment.

Location: Mumbai and Bangalore (Full-time/ Remote Work)

Job timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Salary: 17,000 INR/month

Responsibilities:

1. Receive and Ship Goods

- Receive incoming goods (boxes) at designated locations.

- Prepare shipments to influencers according to provided addresses.

- Coordinate with shipping carriers to ensure timely delivery.

- Track orders and update relevant stakeholders on shipment status.

2. Manage Returns:

- Receive returned orders from influencers.

- Inspect returned items for damage and process returns accordingly.

- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate inventory management.

3. Repackaging:

- Repackage received orders as necessary for shipment to the warehouse.

- Ensure all items are properly labeled and packaged according to warehouse requirements.

4. Inventory Management:

- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments.

- Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.

5. Communication:

- Communicate effectively with influencers, warehouse staff, and shipping carriers to ensure smooth order fulfillment processes.

- Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve any issues related to shipments or returns.

Requirements:

- You must live in Mumbai and Bangalore

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in logistics, e-commerce, or warehouse operations.

- Good organizational and time management skills.

- Detail oriented

- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.

- Good communication skills in English.

- Proficiency in basic computer applications such as email, spreadsheets, and online tracking systems.

- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.

In addition, this position requires you to work from home as you will be receiving boxes constantly, making it essential to have a dedicated space for order processing and shipment preparation.

This position offers the opportunity to work remotely from home, with occasional travel to designated locations in Mumbai and Bangalore as required.
