Job Summary We are looking Sales Managers for Palakkad region, the proposed candidate
  • Should have good communication skills and specific experience in B2C sales domain
  • Should be very good at Sales closing
  • Should be fluent in Malayalam.
  • Salary up to 40k + incentives (best in industry)
Will provide family accommodation for those candidates who willing to relocate.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Follow up the leads generated by digital marketing team.
  • Meet with clients and prospects interested in properties to offer them deals.
  • Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.
  • Should oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements and lease contracts.
  • Coordinating the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received.
  • Facilitate arrangements to give Buyers the view of a property before concluding a sales deal.
  • Inspection of property to ensure the terms and conditions of sales are met before closing sales.
Minimum qualification requirement

Required - Sales skill with 1+ years experience

Required - Bachelor's or higher education

Required - Located in Kerala

Required - Good command over Malayalam

Experience Required :

1 to 8 Year
