Roles & Responsibilities

• Ensure Preparation of Techno / Commercial Competitive Bid to achieve Targeted Order Booking with desired Contribution Margin
• Ensure competitive BEP / Civil design basis preparation and submission
• Ensure Optimum Design and Cost control during Detailed Engineering Time Control
• Motivation and capability building of team, Skills, Knowledge and competencies to be improved
• Ensure periodic Engineering Standards reviews and updates for work productivity improvement in the department
