Resident Construction Manager Job in Va Tech Wabag

Role Description

WABAG is looking for Resident Construction Managers from water treatment industry with experience in WTP and WWTP for handling the entire responsibility of construction of Water Treatments plants in the site from planning, execution, people management, construction management and billing to the client.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Accountable to the customer and management for timely completion of construction, commissioning and handing over of plant as per project milestones
• Ensure strict compliance with quality requirements and procedures of contracts / ISO Facilitate Project Manager (PM) in achieving Budgeted cost and maintain / improve profit margins
• Monitor & Control Contractor performance
• Adhere to Best practices in materials management-planning, receipt, inspection, storage, controls and consumption
• Build Good Customer relationship to favourably position company in the long run
• Ensure development & motivation of site manpower / team
• Implement HSE plans / practices, develop safety culture in site, implement statutory compliance for labour and local body requirements
