JD for Growth Role:

We're looking for an experienced growth person who can drive new initiatives and help us in building new acquisition channels.

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • The person will be responsible for driving growth across channels - Marketing, Social media, viral product features etc.
  • Will work closely with central growth, marketing, business & product teams to
  • formulate growth strategy & drive new initiatives.
  • Driving rapid user acquisition initiatives across different demographics.
  • Development and execution of the launch campaign - working with the creative team
  • to come up with localized, relevant creative routes and working with media partners to create the most impactful media mix.
  • Planning and driving channel-wise growths and Go-To-Market strategies.
  • Own & drive timely execution of all growth initiatives: SM marketing, digital
  • marketing, brand marketing, BTL/ATL activation, B2B corporate tie-ups.
  • Building new avenues for growth and sustaining the existing ones.
  • Provide product acumen to better build suited offerings to customers.


  • Preferably MBA or B.Tech from top tier colleges in the country.
  • Minimum of 4 years of growth & marketing experience in eCommerce, logistics, content platforms, Consulting and/or start up organizations.
  • Go-getters, who are comfortable working in an ambiguous environment.
  • Love for problem solving & impact orientation.
  • Ability to work with various cross-functional stakeholders & steer groups towards common objectives/goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and optimize marketing budget
  • Strong analytics and quantitative skills
  • Experience is hiring and managing a team and multiple agencies
  • Ability to strategically plan, but also have hands on approach
