Explore new tools and processes to scale internal and external workflows that drive over-all program productivity and also positively impact the cost levers within the LOBs.

Working with cross functional teams including business team, marketing team, operations team, finance team and especially the product team to meet overall company and channel objectives

Develop & optimize processes - scale new and existing processes to allow the business to efficiently operate and grow; analyze the business to track and improve metrics
