Backend Engineer Job in Vahan

We're seeking a full-time Senior Software Engineer to help us realize our mission of disrupting the ovarian lottery .

Responsibilities

• Design, architect, build and maintain our web and mobile applications.
• Own features through the stages of design, implementation and iteration.
• Mentor junior engineers and build strong tech culture.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of software engineering experience
• Computer Science or Engineering degree
• Experience developing Web and Android (mobile) applications
• Experience with relational databases
• Strong willingness to learn new technologies and languages
• Collaborative, organized, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for creating positive social impact
• Must be located in Bangalore, India, or be willing to relocate there

Even Better

• Previous startup experience
• Experience with Node.js and Python
• Exposure to Agile Development methodologies
• Good eye for usability and design
