We are looking for an operations manager to grow & optimize the job seeker (supply) network associated with the Vahan platform. The role will focus on the acquisition strategy of low-skilled workers in the blue-collar/grey-collar space (for eg. drivers & delivery professionals, BPO/ Tele-calling/ data entry, housekeeping & support staff, field sales, etc.) through physical & affiliate channels.

The individual will need to develop scalable processes to acquire & engage job seekers. This requires a commitment to operational excellence, as well as creative thinking with a strong customer-centric mindset.

This role calls for versatile profiles that have a knack for solving problems along with the ability to push new initiatives, positively challenge the status quo and make the role what they want it to be.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for building and scaling channel sales for the assigned territory.

  • Managing the relationship with vendors to ensure that they are fully aligned with
    Vahan s vision and values.

  • Ensuring that vendors get the most out of the growth opportunities that Vahan
    offers.
  • Provides regular, curated feedback to their Reporting Manager of theirinteractions with vendors and help in improvingproductivity of the vendors such that the vendors benefit out of initiatives offered byVahan.
  • Interface with the regional level Client POCs to ensure a smooth workflow for the vendors in your region.

  • Spend ample time on-field and off-field understanding the challenges on the ground and unblock them swiftly with scalable solutions.

  • Build and manage cadence on performance reporting.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Relevant Work Experience of 3+ Years.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with strong downward and upward communication and stakeholder management.

  • Prior experience in hyper growth startups with account or relationship management in the channel sales front in any sector like e-com, telecom, last mile, etc.

  • Should have excellent knowledge of MS-Office with sound knowledge of G-Suite tools for compiling, interpreting and communicating all quality and performance-related data and information internally as well as to the client.

  • Proficient on the vernacular languages.
  • Any Bachelor or Postgraduate Degree.
