Responsibilities of CEO: Providing company-wide leadership. Making high-priority decisions about company policy and business strategy. Building alliances with other organizations. Collaborating with the CFO, CTO, CIO, and other executives. Overseeing the company s financial performance. Assuring the filing of all legal and regulatory documents with the authorities. Planning and strategizing for short and long-term goals. Closely monitoring the adherence to laws and regulations. Requirements: Master s Degree in marketing, business management, or a related field. 12+ years of experience in a senior management position in the consumer durable or similar industry. Knowledge of finance and budgeting. Ability to build trust-based communication among executives, stakeholders, and the workforce. Experience in developing and implementing strategic business plans. Excellent negotiation skills. Quick and dynamic learning and decision-making abilities. Ability to effectively delegate responsibility.
