Responsibilities:

• Web Application Development:
  • Develop and test web applications using ASP.NET Web Forms, Ajax, Telerik UI components, C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and related technologies.
  • Deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions.
• Knowledge Sharing & Collaboration:
  • Stay up to date with new technologies, frameworks, and industry trends, and share this knowledge with team members.
  • Become familiar with the software products offered by the company, understanding their business benefits and value proposition.
  • Collaborate with senior developers, product managers, designers, and clients to gather requirements and implement efficient solutions.
• Code Quality & Security:
  • Participate in code reviews and follow best practices in coding and security.
  • Follow web security best practices and be knowledgeable in topics like XSRF and SQL injection.
• Troubleshooting & Debugging:
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing applications and provide timely technical support.
• Documentation & Maintenance:
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry standards.
  • Maintain high code quality and improve the application's overall performance.
• Team Development & Mentoring:
  • Demonstrate self-motivation and work efficiently either independently or as part of a team.
  • Be open to feedback and continuous improvement from code reviews and senior developers.

Requirements:

• Experience & Skills:
  • 5-8 years of experience in .NET development, with strong expertise in ASP.NET Web Forms, C#, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Ajax.
  • Hands-on experience with Telerik UI components and building responsive, modern web applications.
  • Strong understanding of web security, including knowledge of XSRF and SQL injection.
• Technical Proficiency:
  • Proficiency in ASP.NET, C#, and SQL Server.
  • Familiar with AJAX, JavaScript frameworks, HTML5, CSS3, and front-end development.
  • Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Education:
  • Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Communication Skills:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • A commitment to following best practices, clean code principles, and security standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
