Technical Lead Sitecore Job in Valuemomentum

Responsibilities:

• Lead the efforts of a development team and build world-class applications that help drive operational efficiency and innovation for our enterprise customers
• Delegate and assign work to team members and fulfil all the commitments ensuring timely delivery
• Code, test, debug, document, implement, and maintain large-scale enterprise applications
• Develop software solutions that are scalable, reliable, and reusable following the organization s established coding standard
• Work closely with the architects and the engineering team on the implementation
• Participate in project estimation, provide inputs for solution delivery, conduct technical risk planning, perform code reviews, and unit test plan reviews
• Encourage creative design thinking and find innovative ways to develop with cutting edge technologies
• Present & report metrics to the relevant stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with the industry trends and developments
• Act as a technical subject matter expert for the internal team
• Coach and mentor team members with technical code reviews and design implementations

Qualification, Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor of Engineering or Technology with good academic record
• 4+ years of demonstrated experience in software development
• Exposure in Sitecore Templates, Layouts, Components, Dynamic Bindings, Sitecore API.
• Experience in CM/CD servers configurations
• Good understanding of web development, information architecture, CMS and integrated technologies.
• Should be able to create Custom pipelines in SiteCore
• Experience in ASP.Net MVC
• Good at SQL Server
• Should possess good troubleshooting skills
• Should have experience in SiteCore
