Profile synopsis: Support the company s research team in their business with continuous engagement and process driven research projects which include setting up efficient processes, secondary research andtemplates, quality checking and client communication.

Job Description:

• Collect secondary data
• Populate templates
• Work allocation to junior analysts and freelancers/vendors
• Continuous client engagement
• Daily quality check of work by analysts/vendors.
• Training of analysts
• Ensuring continuous support to client
• Verify, manage/update data on client portal
• Manage information databases
• Maintain tracking MIS/billing/invoicing

Competencies:

• Good secondary research skills and ability to find information independently
• Ability to verify data and a keen eye for errors
• Good command over written and spoken English
• Working knowledge of MS Office suite
• Ability to use the internet for data collection
• Responsible, reliable and keen interest to learn
• Ability to work under pressure and ensure on-time delivery

• Knowledge of the KPO industry
• Work well in a team
• Willingness to go beyond self to take on larger goals; Dependability
