Job Summary

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Freshers & Experience candidate both can apply in customer service.
  • We want a Candidate who have a good command in English. (excellent communication in English)
  • Basic knowledge of Excel.
  • Flexible to work in challenging work environment.

  • Must be comfortable with night shift
  • Must be comfortable for Calling.
  • Handling enquiries coordinating/following up accordingly.
  • Good knowledge of MS-office & basic internet.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead Handling Handle Telephonic Inquiries Must have Good Communication Skills.
  • Generating sales leads that develop into new customers.
  • Identifying and assessing customers needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

Job Description

    We are hiring for US voice process (International):
    1)- Working hours: 9 PM-6 AM
    2)- Job Shift: Night Shift
    3)- Gender Preference: Male
    Resolve customer queries that a high standard of customer service is maintained.
    Handling Inbound & Outbound calls Making follow-up calls and fixing appointments Handling the customer queries.
