Job Summary

- Freshers & Experience candidate both can apply in customer service.
- We want a Candidate who have a good command in English. (excellent communication in English)
- Basic knowledge of Excel.
- Flexible to work in challenging work environment.
- Result Oriented
- Must be comfortable with night shift
- Must be comfortable for Calling.
- Handling enquiries coordinating/following up accordingly.
- Good knowledge of MS-office & basic internet.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead Handling Handle Telephonic Inquiries Must have Good Communication Skills.
- Generating sales leads that develop into new customers.
- Identifying and assessing customers needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Job Description
We are hiring for US voice process (International):
1)- Working hours: 9 PM-6 AM
2)- Job Shift: Night Shift
3)- Gender Preference: Male
Resolve customer queries that a high standard of customer service is maintained.
Handling Inbound & Outbound calls Making follow-up calls and fixing appointments Handling the customer queries.
