Bu Quality Engineer - Customer Quality| Electrical Division Job in Varroc Lighting Systems

Quality issue handling:

• Attend any quality issue at customer line and do basic level of customer complaint analysis to evaluate the issue with VEL Part and Vehicle system.
• Inform the customer quality Leads and plant quality team about the issue raised at Customer end.
• In case of any quality issue segregate the available Parts & feed OK material to Customer line to avoid line loss.
• Ensure containment action at all the places on immediate basis for concerned issues.
• Report the Daily status of Quality at respective Customer end to Plant QA and for any support to Customer Quality leads in case of any delay.
• Ensure timely signoff of all Warranty Parts at warranty cell of respective customer.
• Co-ordinate for Warehouse testing in case of any customer requirement.

Rejection monitoring and reporting:

• Monitor and maintain record of rejection related debits
• Weekly monitoring of rejection and send the report to plant and Bu quality.

a) Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification required: Diploma Mechanical / Electrical

b) Work Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience

• Product Knowledge.
• Inventory Management
• Knowledge of inspections
