Job Summary
RESPONSIBILITES: Responsible for setting up a green field plant for 4W lighting plant near Chennai.
Responsible for implementing HR Policies, Systems and standards.
Responsible for all statutory compliances and all Govt. liasioning including all local authorities.
Maintain a good relationship with
HR Budget, Welfare and employee engagement Activities
Manpower Planning and establishing a cost effective manpower deployment model.
Establish Performance Leadership System at new green field project.
Responsible for promoting a culture of continuous learning by identifying the training need, organizing training programmes in line with Company policy to ensure continuous employee development.
Leads in supporting all safety initiatives on site.
Lead and develop a culture that fosters employee engagement and accountability and ownership. This position is Varrocs representative to the local community and government and must hold the highest ethical and integrity standards. EDUCATION REQUIREMENT(S): 2 Years Full time post graduate degree in HR (MBA/MSW/MPM) ?EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT(S): 8 - 10 years experience in HR & ER.
