Job Summary
RESPONSIBILITES: Management Representative
Ensure Quality System Management deployment in the Plant
Responsible for the defect free supplies to all the customer.
Responsible for the Customer Specific Requirement deployment in the Plant.
Responsible for the conducting Monthly Management review meeting (POR).
Responsible for Customer Specific certification coordination & sustenance
Interacting with customer to address the Quality concerns and ensures corrective and preventive actions are taken internally.
Perform, manage and report final product inspection findings to achieve zero PPM.
Responsible for coordinating with Customer, Application engineering, manufacturing and STA Engineering for quality issues, warranty and field issues, and for the launch of new models.
Conduct PPAP/PSW for all new product launches and engineering changes from customer.
Responsible for the New Product Development process from QA Side.
Organizing External Customer Satisfaction Surveys and taking appropriate corrective action.
Co-ordinate the implementation of IATF 16949 system and customer specified standards.
Ensure that all quality procedures are in compliance with Varrocs quality policy.
Organize and conduct Internal Quality audits / product / process audits and close the non-compliances raised during the audits.
Monitor quality performance indicators.
Design, plan and procure required gauges.
Participate in PFMEA preparation and control plans.
Responsible for SPC implementation, interpretation and control limits, to evaluate performance.
Identify and implement process improvement actions.
Conduct training programs on Quality internally.
OSHAS Certification: Implementation & Compliance to Safety & Loss Control Policy
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT(S): Diploma / BE / B Tech Mechanical ?EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT(S): 10-20 years experience in manufacturing industry
Strong presentation & communication skills
Good fluency in English (spoken & written)
Good Networking skills
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Ability to understand and analyze customers requirements & expectations thoroughly
Leadership and interpersonal skills
Train and coach other Quality Engineers
Good knowledge and application of statistical tools
Excellent grasp of PPAP / IATF 16949 and Q1 quality system
Experience in interacting with OE users/car systems
