Job Summary

1. Key Deliveries

a. Finalization the functionality document for manufacturing digitalization initiatives for Varroc group (India plants)

i. Identify machines, processes and aligned with BU team for digitalization opportunities, 3000 M/c by 2023 in phase manner

ii. Participate in potential supplier assessment for analytics and digitalization.

iii. Identify the potential reports which can be digitalized to ensure clean data at required frequency

b. Project management High revenue and strategic impact (Digitalization, CI, Kaizen horizontal deployment)

i. Spearhead the high impact projects to ensure timely escalation in case of any risk spotted or anticipated

ii. Lead the digitalization project for business side scope.

iii. Define the data points for defined KPI and tracking the plant wise action progress

c. Monitor and analyze the various data for all the manufacturing plants

i. Timely develop different templates based on OpEx head input for critical business KPI and get incorporated in BI or central digital platform

ii. Review the inventory data to avoid risk of obsolescence and extra working capital.

iii. Review the labor cost data and find timely alerts as per defined standards.

iv. Review the production data as per predefined standards and frequency with an aim to find and report anomalies, trends to different stake holders

v. Review the energy data to understand the consumption pattern for all the plants with an aim to find and report anomalies, trends to different stake holders.

vi. Analyze and keep a track of action identified in monthly operations and BD review by senior management

d. Prepare monthly and maintain historical data for the customers quality and delivery score card

i. Down-load the customer score card data from various sources like customer portal, website etc

ii. Estimate annual customer PPM permissible limit as per defined procedure and circulate to all stake holders post approval from approving authority.

iii. Prepare the fortnightly, monthly, quarterly, and annual customer score card report and circulate for all the stake holders.

iv. Analyze the customer score cards to find trends, root causes to recommend system improvement actions based on facts and figures.

v. Prepare the customer ppm report of actual PPM vs permissible limit and submit to corporate HR for annual variable pay out.

e. Prepare OpEx Function MIS

i. Prepare the weekly, fortnightly, and monthly MIS for the function

ii. Update OpEx score card and identify the gaps for department review.

Interact with stake holders for tracking the progress of key milestones for different initiatives
