Managing PAN India multi-modal transport operations involving
Delivery centers / sort centers / customer locations etc.
Designing end to end, cost effective transport solutions for
finished products using various modes of transport .
Managing the entire third Party tie-ups i.e. Third party selection,
freight negotiations and empanelment.
Monitoring day to day multimodal operations, involving coordination
with procurement teams, Client plants, regional warehouses & service
providers for seamless movements.
Monitoring service providers performance by daily reports to
improve transit time & reduce total logistics cost.
