Job Summary

Process Improvement

  • Implementation of best practices within the department
  • Implement quality and productivity improvement tools like Quality circle, quality groups etc
  • Push for Automation wherever required
  • Ensure 100% documentation in ERP
  • Legal & Compliance
    • Be constantly updated with all laws, compliance and regulations applicable to this department thereby ensuring maximum benefits/profits
  • Team Management
    • Lead & monitor the performance of the team to ensure efficiency in process and in meeting individual & group targets
    • Conduct regular internal meetings & training sessions to boost the technical and soft skills of the team members
    • Create and sustain a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities and motivates high performance amongst team members
  • Safety & Security
    • Suggest and implement various Safety and Security Policies from time to time and ensure they are strictly followed each day
    • Ensure zero accidents to life, property and company assets

    • Strong crisis management and time management skills
    • Should be assertive and have an eye for detail
