Will be responsible for fostering sales growth by generating requirement from OEMs, End Users, Panel Builders for the basket products / Solutions.
Track new up-coming grey & green field projects & subsequently drive business development strategy for growth.
Building positive relationships with existing & new set of customers
Seek opportunities in the market place to increase extraction & profitability
Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them
Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships
Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively
Upselling and cross-selling opportunity lead sharing to the sales team
Promote high-quality sales, supply and customer service processes
Preserve existing believer customers and aggressively hunt for new set of customer for increased business volume
Skills Required :
Problem-solving attitude, Good communication skills, Teamwork &leadership skills, Ready for extensive traveling in & around city
Qualification : BE or Diploma in Electrical / Electronics
