Job Summary

Responsible towards fostering sales growth by offering suitable solution in automation & drives areas in OEM, EU, Panel Builders & different process industries like food & beverages, cement, metal etc.
Identify / Track solution based growth opportunities e.g energy saving, system up-gradation etc.
Experience in generating digitalization / IOT based solutions etc.
Building positive relationships with existing & new set of customers
Seek opportunities in the market place to increase extraction & profitability
Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them
Upselling and cross-selling opportunity lead sharing to the sales team
Promote high-quality solution marketing including Automation, Drives, IOT, Cloud Based system etc.
Preserve existing believer customers & aggressively hunt for new set of customer for increased extraction
Excellent communication skills.
Problem solving attitude
Team work & leadership skills

Qualification :
BE/Diploma ( Electrical or Electronics)

Experience Required :

2 to 4 Years
