1. Service Management Ensure closing of all service calls as per agreed timeline

2. Maintain customer satisfaction ratio

3. To serve at least 25 customers and value or Rs. 5 Lakhs per month for repairs and servicing from each Service locality

4. Learning & Development Attrition

5. L & D Team Development

6. Onsite customers complaint maintain in house Service Center & Region Wise.

7. Installation warranty & Non Warranty service complaints. AMC Contract

8. Spares Business and Repairs

9. Servicing Gearbox & Electrical Induction motors with Documentation

Skills:
Good in communication, Confident.
Should be a local resident.
Should have two wheeler.
