What You'll Do

The candidate should have proven work experience of minimum of 6(Six) months as an HR. You have to successfully manage the full-cycle recruitment process.The candidate must have full Knowledge of employment contracts, employee leaves, and insurance. You should have strategic and analytical understanding and you have to be committed and hard-working. You have to be extremely good with communication and team leadership along with punctual approach.

You have to be regular and active with the team and project. You must hire sales and marketing candidates, maintain an active team. You must be able to motivate and achieve the given projection, convincing and motivational. You should have the basic knowledge of software, google and other browsers. And most importantly, knowledge of different job posting and recruiting sites should be there.And Laptop is a must.
