Corporate Leasing: Executive/Sr Executive (Office Leasing)

Looking for a professional with 1-4 years experience in Business Development and Client Handling.

Location: INXT City Centre, NH 8, Sector 83, Gurgaon (Haryana)

Qualification: Commerce Graduate (However, MBAs will be preferred)

Job Description

• To ensure Leads are generated for commercial closure of transactions.
• To take client feedback and ensure client satisfaction.
• In-depth understanding of Lease and Client Fit-out process so that same can be handled independently.
• Networking with brokers and adding new office brokers in the database.
• Internal coordination and paperwork for tenants.

Primary Responsibilities

• Generation of Leads for Commercial and primarily Retail
• Assisting in Closures of transactions
• Relationship management with clients and brokers
• Taking clients feedback
• Closure of all clients issues with the various departments
• Getting in details of documentation such as Lease Deed, Maintenance Agreement etc
