JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Title: Cloud Solution Architect

Reporting to: Head of Cloud Platforms

Job Type: Permanent, Full time

Location: Chennai and should be willing to travel around India

The Role: Solution Architect / Enterprise Architect

Experience: 8 to 10 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

Max CTC: 18 to 19 LPA

Job Description for Cloud Architect:

Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, engineering or related science degree 8+ years of information systems experience required, with a preference 4+ years of enterprise, full-cycle in Architecture.

Knowledge of and experience in architecture, tools and cloud methodologies in at least 2 from public cloud providers Amazon Web Services, Azure, Google.

Experience architecting with DevOps tools and process

Anticipating technology and/or market trends and provides guidance on their application to external customers and feedback of business requirements

Microsoft and Unix technologies Licensing, OS / Clustering, high availability architectures, 2 / 3 tier architecture

Good understanding of storage technologies

Has experience with virtualization and cloud technologies VMware, HyperV,

DC-DR solutioning

Good understanding of security technologies like Firewall, IPS/IDS, SIEM etc.

Mail / messaging (Exchange / HMC / Zimbra / Qmail, etc.)

Exposure with virtualization and cloud technologies - Xen RHEV, Openstack

Exposure with databases

Exposure to security technologies

Self-driven and motivated to achieve success

Must have excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
