Product Manger Job in Vbeyond Corporation

Roles and Responsibilities

This role will support our S&P Offering as the responsible Product Manager in the lifecycle of S&P Technologies including Intelligent Workforce.

Key activities include:

• Define Product Vision, Strategy and Roadmap
• Lead requirements gathering and prioritization
• Coordinate with involved technology teams in on- and offshore locations
• Present and discuss solutions with account and client executives

This roles responsibilities include:

• Develop Core positioning and messaging for the product
• Facilitate account / client workshops, document business requirements and develop them into a proposed design.
• Review and approve functional designs and define backlog and roadmap
• Lead Functional Architects and Product Owners that are part of the S&P Factory
• Establishing oneself as a leader in Software & Platform sector and related technologies.
• Work closely with Software & Platform CTO to align with offering and technology vision

Desired Candidate Profile

Must Have:

• Knowledge of Contact Center, Command Center, Workforce Management practices / tools, analytics
• Knowledge of Software and Platforms Industry, specifically on Trust and Safety, Content moderation
• Experience in Product Management and Design
• Expertise in cloud platforms, cloud technologies, with preference on GCP
• Self-motivated and ability to work with remote resources and teams
• Strong project management skills
• Well-developed risk analysis and mitigation skills
• Strong problem solving, analysis, and design skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong communication skills and experienced in communication at executive level
• Strong client facing, executive presence

Fluent English

Desired:

• Experience with WFM platforms such as NICE IEX, Calabrio / Teleopti, Verint
• Familiarity with Tech for Ops core technology solutions and functions
• Experience working with Silicon Valley type customers
• Experience with applications such as work orchestration, APIs, commerce platforms, advertising platforms, emerging technologies, etc.
• Experience with Offering-specific capabilities
