Service Engineer (dt) Job in Vbeyond Corporation

Roles and Responsibilities

• He is responsible for the after sales service including installation, commissioning, Warranty & post warranty service ( AMCs & Non AMCs chargeable business ), Chargeable repairs & assist in identifying & selling spares to customer base within defined area.
• He will within agreed guidelines with his Service Manager develop and promote the company service capacity to existing and new customers.
• The jobholder will be expected to provide service for new and existing business and will ensure that he is proactive in this aspect.
• He will be able to work on competitors chillers & low side equipment & AC System as a whole.

Desired Candidate Profile

• The jobholder will be a trained and qualified engineer with considerable firsthand knowledge and experience of commissioning, service and maintenance of industrial/ commercial refrigeration and air conditioning plant.
• He will also poses in addition to the above skills a high degree of diplomatic awareness, which is essential for dealing with customers, plant users and business contacts. In addition he will be highly motivated and able to work with the minimum of supervision.
