Executive/sr. Executive/management Trainee Sales & Marketing Job in Vbhc

Handling Direct sales, Corporate Sales, CP Management for selling the VBHC projects in various communities in market.
Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale, Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers .Target Achiever, Cold calling to arrange meetings with customers to prospect new business.
Should be able to achieve the monthly sales targets and helps in company's profitability.
Conduct business in such a manner that the brand value of the company is enhanced.
Introduce new methods to enhance sales of flats.
Developing and negotiating contracts, integrating contract with brokers and media partners for sales operation.
Ability to close sale deals by coordinating requirements
Regularly conducting the corporate shows, marketing activities, banking activities for improving the sales in particular project and supporting CRM.

Educational Qualification - Post Graduate, Preferably MBA / PGDBM

Experience - Minimum 0-2 Years in Sales from B2B / Corporte Sales / Real estate background Is preferable
