We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to provide insights and recommendations for business decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and organize large sets of data from multiple sources
• Analyze data and identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics
• Work with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop strategies to address them
• Communicate findings and recommendations to business partners in a clear and concise manner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions
• Continuously evaluate and improve data quality, accuracy, and completeness

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large data sets
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques is a plus
