Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Software Architect to join our team. As a Software Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex software systems, and ensuring their quality, reliability, and scalability.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of software systems that meet functional and non-functional requirements
- Evaluate and recommend technology solutions that meet business needs and align with the company s technical strategy
- Develop and maintain architectural patterns and guidelines for the organization
- Define and maintain software development best practices and standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, and quality assurance engineers, to ensure the quality, reliability, and scalability of software systems
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to software developers
Requirements:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years of experience in a software architect role
- Strong proficiency in software architecture design principles, including scalability, performance, maintainability, and reliability
- Experience with modern software development methodologies, such as Agile and DevOps
- Experience with cloud technologies, such as AWS or Azure
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to identify and mitigate technical risks
- Experience in software development with multiple languages is a plus
