Sketchup Modelling Artist Job in Vconstruct

This SketchUp Modeling Artist position creates and maintains 3D proposal team solutions to get best output to our clients.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Sketchup Modeling Artists at vConstruct creates and maintains 3D modelling solutions to get best output for our clients.
• We expect you to model the 3D buildings, as per the images of the buildings shared by clients, conceptual images and drawings.
• Make the model look realistic like the actual building by providing details and perfect matching texture.
• Ensure proper texturing to the buildings by addition of trees, humans, to make the views realistic.
• Work on making the logistic plans and following the construction sequence and setting up the views for renders.
• Work on interior modeling of room, laboratory, hospital, etc. as per the clients demand and making a walkthrough of that in Lumion.
• The activities are not limited to this, it may vary according to the project requirement

Summary of Responsibilities

• Take the design brief to record requirements and clients needs.
• Think creatively and develop innovative design concept.
• Work as part of a team with designers, architects and visualizers ETC.

Requirements

• Diploma/Certificate in 3D or closely related field.
• Proven 1+ years of experience in Sketchup modeling skills with strong portfolio.
• Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas.
• Highly Proficiency in all design aspects/tools/logics.
• 1+ year experience in Sketchup, Photoshop and related softwares for 3D.
• Ability to explore and try various texturing options in photoshop and other related software.
• Strong object-oriented analysis and design skills are required.
• Additional experience in following softwares would consider as advantage. 3DS max Revit

Education

• Bachelors in Architecture and certificate in 3D or related field.
• Equivalent academic and work experience can be considered.
