Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Develop and manage enterprise software using Microsoft and Open Source stack.
• Involved in multiple facets of product development: Requirements analysis,functional and technical specification, design,development, implementation, unit testing, deployment,and support of new applications.
• Guide the Team Technically and should be able to manage the tasks for the Team to a certain extent.
• Setting up the customer expectations for the deliverable items.
• Creates and enhances applications based on changing business needs
• Assists in the design of new applications and processes to meet business needs
• Ability to determine and document user requirements through interviews with the various business groups
• Ability to conduct and participate in meetings with various levels of users and management
• Demonstrated ability of bringing complex development projects to successful completion.
• Follows best practices both technical and process wise.
• Research emerging technologies and maintain awareness of current platform roadmaps to assist with developing strategic plans.
• Lead and participate in project teams comprised of internal customers, partners and peers from project inception through the deployment as a technical subject matter expert

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of experience as a .Net Developer/ Lead.
• Expert with OOPS, Design Patterns, C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET MVC
• Should have hands on experience JavaScript, jQuery, Angular or other JS frameworks.
• Should have a good understanding about Databases especially on MS SQL Server.
• Expert in the Azure or any other Cloud Services.
• Good understanding of O365 tools and applications.
• Knowledge of CSS, HTML
• Good to know SharePoint Development, Microsoft SQL Development, SSRS, SSIS, TSQL, XAML.
• Deep understanding of Design Patterns and Software Architecture.
• Good understanding about Restful and SOAP architecture.
• Experience in using the Version Control and other development tools.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum development model.
• Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills, including the ability to communicate complex, technological concepts clearly to all levels of the organization.
• Experience working collaboratively across different skill sets and geographic locations.
• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
• A drive to do what it takes to get the job done, including taking on different roles and responsibilities and adapting to changing environments.
• Effective time management and organizational skills and a thorough approach to problem solving

Education

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science/Information technology or related field
• Equivalent academic and work experience can be considered
