Engineering Manager Job in Vedantu Innovations Pvt. Ltd.

What we are looking for:

1. Technical leadership and people management experience

2. Ability to handle 15 - 20 software engineers and manage project goals, contribute to

product strategy and help develop the team

3. Experience in architecting and developing large scale distributed systems.

4. Advanced Java -- 5+ years of working experience in web application development

5. Any database SQL/NoSQL -- 5+ years of working experience in web application

development

6. Experience with technologies such as Networking, Big Data, and Security.

7. Basic understanding of front end technologies

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Manage technology programs, defining milestones and success criteria, resource allocation and successful on-time delivery.

2. Work on massive distributed, large-scale systems, storage solutions, applications and entirely new platforms.

3. Exercise technical judgment in working with large, cross-functional teams.

4. Develop tools and processes to improve software engineering productivity.

5. Communicate schedules, priorities, and status to all levels in the company.
